 Scott Miller, CPA, PFSScottsdale Team Leader Scott has been a CPA for over 40 years. He began his career in public accounting in Los Angeles for a National CPA firm and worked for three other CPA firms before starting his own firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scott and his wife Patti reside in Scottsdale and have two daughters and four grandchildren living in Phoenix. Scott merged his practice with Haga Kommer in November 2024. Scott enjoys working with small business owners for tax planning and consulting. He works with companies in all industries including construction, real estate, retail, medical and professional services. Scott and Patti love living in Scottsdale, spending time at their cabin in Pinetop, playing golf and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Scott has been an active Rotarian for over 30 years with the Rotary Club of Scottsdale and has served the club and District in many leadership capacities. EDUCATION

Kathy O'Brien
Kathy grew up in Long Island, NY then attended Lasalle College in Newton, Massachusetts. After graduating, she remained in Massachusetts and raised a family. Kathy worked many years for a school department in Massachusetts doing bookkeeping & payroll accumulating over 17 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. Kathy is very detail oriented and has many diversified skill sets covering administrative support, tax preparation as well as client relations. Kathy began working for Scott H Miller Company PC in 2022. In November 2024 Scott H Miller Company PC merged with Haga Kommer LTD. Kathy lives in Massachusetts with her husband near her children and grandchildren. Kathy enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with family & friends. EDUCATION
 Susan Reede
Susan was born in Moorhead, MN, lived in North Dakota and Minnesota before moving to Arizona as a young adult. While in Minnesota, Susan studied architecture, graphic arts, and broadcast communications. She worked in radio and did free-lance voice work, but continually gravitated to accounting and IT. After more than 20 years in the building design and construction industry, Susan returned to working part-time in the tax profession in 2020. Susan has over 30 years of accounting, IT and network administration experience including 8 years of tax preparation. In her free time, Susan enjoys gardening, hiking, listening to Audible books, and spending time with family. EDUCATION
Jack WytaskeJack is originally from Minneapolis Minnesota and joined HK in 2024 with 2 years of public accounting experience. In his free time, Jack enjoys golf, playing hockey and hiking.

 Loren Pruzin, CPALoren joined Haga Kommer in 2024. He has 15 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in taxation of individuals, closely held businesses, estates and trusts. Loren was born and raised in Arizona and has a strong connection to the area. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, reading biographies, and going to Phoenix Suns games. EDUCATION

Kasandra Walker
Kasandra joined Haga Kommer as an Administrative Assistant in 2023. She has several years of administrative assisting experience. Kasandra was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and lives with her husband, Roland, and daughter, Avery.
In her free time, she enjoys taking spontaneous mini road trips over the weekend in north of Arizona and different states to give herself a break from the high temperatures during the summer. She loves attending different community events hosted around the valley (especially when it involves food). Kasandra appreciates quality time with her family. She has four awesome nephews who she likes to spoil by taking them on different adventures. In the fall, Kasandra enjoys attending AZ Cardinals games and concerts.
Simon ZahrbockStaff Accountant, EA Simon joined Haga Kommer in 2023 as a Staff Accountant, bringing with him prior experience in finance and accounting. During his academic years, Simon completed multiple internships while balancing his commitment as a student athlete. Outside of the office, Simon finds enjoyment in various sports such as basketball and golf, alongside activities like running, weightlifting, and being outdoors. Quality time spent with his wife, Morgan, and their dog, Banks, is quite important. They indulge in leisurely walks, movie nights, surfing and friendly competition in races! EDUCATION
Bryce KilloranStaff Accountant, EA Bryce joined Haga Kommer in 2024, he is a recent graduate of Baylor University. He brings a background in finance with a strong foundation in accounting principles. Bryce is eager to leverage his financial advising and consulting experience to make a meaningful impact at Haga Kommer.
Outside of the office, Bryce enjoys competitive pickleball, casual tennis, and traveling with his wife. During his college years, he helped establish collegiate pickleball and is passionate about the sport's recognition and growth. EDUCATION
Joshua Nalli, CPAJosh joined Haga Kommer in 2024. He has 27 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in taxation of individuals and closely held business. Josh was born in India and has lived in several different cities in the United States since moving here at age seven. In his free time, he enjoys swing dancing, playing basketball, hiking, and going to farmer’s markets. EDUCATION
