Experience/Personal Information:

Mike's career started in Public Accounting as an Auditor working with pre-IPO and small public companies. That would eventually lead into a 10+ year career leading Accounting and Finance organizations at various publicly held companies, during which he participated in three corporate M&A transactions and two IPO's. In addition to his corporate career, Mike and his wife founded a small business in the wedding and events industry in Phoenix that they would run together for 13 years before eventually selling. This combination of experiences allows Mike to use the leadership and strategic finance skills developed in his corporate career to solve problems for his small business clients.

Mike was born in Flagstaff, Arizona and grew up in Chandler, Arizona. Mike would go onto play football at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado where he also completed a degree in Accounting. Mike currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife, Lara and their two children, Georgia and Roscoe. They enjoy following the Dallas Cowboys and making their annual summer trip to their family cabin in Angel Fire, New Mexico.

Judy Rader has a background in elementary education and legal administration. She enjoys organizing and problem solving that benefits the team and clientele. Judy is responsible for making sure all clients have a positive experience and get the assistance they need for continued success.

Judy was born and raised in northeast Ohio and is a graduate of Kent State University. Before moving to Arizona, she worked as a judicial secretary for the Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals.

Judy enjoys painting, reading, pickleball, and traveling.

EDUCATION

Ethan was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania growing up in a suburb just outside of the City. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Journalism and Public Relations, Ethan moved to a small town south of Casper, Wyoming and managed a group reports as chief editor for several weekly publications. After a few years out west, Ethan moved to Chicago, earning his juris doctor at Chicago-Kent College of law, graduating in the top 20% of his class. After law school, Ethan earned his Masters of Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center and uses that education and experience he has garnered over the years working with business owners to create effective and efficient entity structures.

In his personal time, Ethan enjoys hiking and kayaking with his wife Kandace and his three children. Having two children who are on the spectrum, Ethan also spends time supporting his local Autism community events.
