CHRIS DECONCINI, CPA

Perham Team Leader

Chris has been a CPA since 1992 and specializes in consulting with businesses on tax, financial and planning issues. As a CFO for Hire, Chris provides a comprehensive blend of financial services for businesses in need.

Chris was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota and graduated from Minnesota State University - Moorhead with a degree in accounting. He started his career in the audit department at Eide Bailey then went on to become CFO at a multi-state, large construction equipment retailer, before starting his own CFO for Hire business. In 2006, Chris partnered with Bekkerus Schott, a CPA firm based in Detroit Lakes and Perham, which allowed him to expand services to his existing clients..  

Chris and his wife have three sons who are all involved in public accounting. He and his family live in Perham, MN. Chris is an avid football and hockey fan. He enjoys his constant battle with mediocre golf, playing rounds with his family, friends and business associates.

MAURINA A. STORDAHL

Maurina joined Bekkerus Schott Helmeke DeConcini Johnson in 2019 as the Office Administrator. She currently works in the Perham office of Haga Kommer in the same capacity. Maurina has over 35 years of experience in accounting, banking, payroll, and office management.

Maurina lives by Vergas, MN with her husband Mark, 2 dogs and a cat. Together they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. She enjoys time at the lake with family, gardening, and renovation projects.

Heather Malone

Heather has worked in the financial industry for 20 years. Her previous position was for a local tax firm in Detroit Lakes doing tax preparation, financial advising, and office management before joining Haga Kommer in 2022. Heather enjoys working with clients and helping them work toward their future goals.

Heather lives and farms with her husband Brad outside of New York Mills. They have 2 dogs and lots of extended family members.

JACK DECONCINI, CPA

Jack has been a CPA since early 2023. Jack grew up in Perham, MN. He graduated from North Dakota State University with degrees in accounting and finance. He started his career in the audit department at Eide Bailly before joining Haga Kommer in late 2023. Jack enjoys activities on the lake as well as spending time with friends.

Annie Paurus, CPA

Annie has been a CPA since 2020. She started her career with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP in the Monticello location. Annie, her husband, and daughter moved back to the Perham area before joining the Haga Kommer team in late 2023. She enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends.
